Reclaim Hayti is a community-rooted organization connecting diaspora leadership in Philadelphia with youth empowerment and opportunity in Haiti. In Philadelphia, our work centers on culturally responsive outreach, trust-building, and community engagement, particularly with immigrant and diaspora communities. We partner with local churches, youth leaders, and grassroots organizations to expand access to services, strengthen civic participation, and promote community well-being. In Haiti, we invest in youth as the nation’s future. Our initiatives focus on education, skills development, and community-led solutions that create opportunity, reduce vulnerability, and help prevent displacement and instability. Reclaim Hayti was founded on the belief that diaspora communities are not just supporters of change, but drivers of it. By linking leadership in Philadelphia with long-term development in Haiti, we are building pathways for dignity, opportunity, and self-determination on both sides of the border.
